LFH Volunteer of the Year Award

In 2009 we selected our first Volunteers of the Year.  We continued that tradition in 2010 and 2011.  The results are listed below:

2011:  Pam Proctor and Mike Schmitt

Pam chairs the Newcomer Committee, works with the Fix-It-Folks, among all her other volunteer duties.

Mike is a Past President of the LFHNA.  He has been the Arboretum Liaison, the Lakeshore cleanup chair, manages the distribution of the LFH newsletter and headed up the officer nomination committee.

2010:  Bob & Sharon Klug

Bob & Sharon headed up the Garden Tour, managed the Funky 4K race, and worked with the Fix-It-Folks

2009:  Marilyn Rynearson and Bill Walker

Marilyn and Bill are part of the Fix-It-Folks.  Bill works on the Lakeshore cleanup almost every month.  Marilyn volunteers at the Funky 4K race, National Night Out, Newcomer Committee and many other events.
